"We always welcome contact from our customers, however, KCC Highways, Transportation and Waste are no longer offering an email service. We have found that the majority of email enquiries are in relation to faults on the highway and they often don?t contain enough information to allow us to find the fault or send out the right team.
We have recently improved on our online fault reporting tool which captures the right information quickly and easily, allowing us to respond far quicker. It also allows you to upload photos.
We are therefore asking our customers to use our online reporting tool found at www.kent.gov.uk/highwayfaults to report or track a fault with the roads, pavements or highway assets (such as a streetlight, bollard or drain) or choose from one of the other requests below. "
